ในกรณีเกิดปัญหาในการติดตั้งโปรแกรม
AVG แล้วข้อความดังต่อไปนี้:

ให้ดำเนินการแก้ปํยหาตามขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้:
1. ดาวน์โหลดโปรแกรม AVG Reset Access tool
2.
ปิดโปรแกรมทุกตัวที่กำลังทำงานบนระบบ
3. เปิดโปแรกรมที่ดาวน์โหลด
แล้วยืนยันดำเนินการโดยกดปุ่ม

4. กดปุ่ม Continue
เพื่อดำเนินการแก้ปัญหา
เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์จะรีสตาร์ทโดยอัตโนมัติ
5. ดำเนินการติดตั้งโปรแกรม AVG
